Regional warehouse orders (US/UK/EU) are dispatched duty-paid within their respective jurisdictions. For cross-border shipments, local customs agencies may require taxes prior to release.

KOSPET TANK smartwatches are validated against stringent MIL-STD-810H methods simulating extreme shock, high/low thermal shock (-40°C to +70°C), low-pressure altitude, sand and dust ingress, vibration, salt fog corrosion, and humidity resilience.

IP69K protects against high-pressure steam cleaning and high-temperature water jets, ideal for industrial work environments, heavy equipment operations, and farming. 10ATM water resistance withstands pressures up to 100 meters static depth, suitable for swimming, high-speed water sports, and recreational diving.

Dual-band GPS receives signals simultaneously across two frequencies (L1 and L5) from multiple satellite constellations (GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou, QZSS, NAVIC). The L5 frequency significantly reduces multipath signal interference in dense forests, deep valleys, and urban canyons, preserving accurate positioning track files.

To maximize battery runtime on flagship TANK models (delivering up to 14+ days under normal usage):

• Adjust Always-on Display (AOD) timeout or switch to wrist-raise activation.
• Reduce continuous 24-hour health polling intervals when stationary.
• Set display brightness to automatic adjustment mode.
• Use continuous GPS tracking selectively during active workout sessions.

Ensure the APEXMOVE app is allowed background execution permissions in your smartphone OS battery management settings. Clear obsolete Bluetooth pairings, ensure firmware is updated to the latest revision, and check notification access toggles in the pairing application.
